Rutgers snapped a four-game losing streak with a solid home win over Michigan, 63-56, on February 4.  RU had dropped its most recent contests against Penn State, Nebraska (only home loss of the season), at Indiana and at Maryland.  The vistory over the #13 Wolverines brings the RU season record to 18-7, with a 7-4 B1G Conference mark.  CC Cryor led RU in scoring with 16, followed by Stasha Carey with 12 points and Caitlin Jenkins again pulling down double digi...

Heartbreak in Happy Valley As RU Loses to Penn State

RUWBB suffered a tough road loss at the hands of the Lady Lions on January 18, 70-67.  After trailing by as much as 12 points, the Knights fought their way back in the 4th quarter and took a 67-66 lead in the final seconds before a foul and technical were called on RU and Penn State pulled out the victory at the free throw line.  Stasha Carey recorded her second straight double-double, with 11 rebounds and 10 points, and had a career high six steals.  KK Sande...

RU Maintains Perfect Record at RAC

With a 80-70 overtime win over Minnesota at the RAC on January 13, Rutgers remains undefeated at home with a 12-0 record.  The victory put #21 RU at 17-3 on the season and 4-1 in the B1G 10 Conference.  RU got offensive firepower from leading scorer Tyler Scaife, with 25 points, and a double-double from Stasha Carey, with 23 points on 8-11 shooting and 14 rebounds. Scaife was homored pre-game for reaching her 2000 point earlier in the week in a road loss to Purdue....

The Big Ten Women's Basketball Conference Tournament is scheduled for February 28 - March 4, 2018 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, Indiana. B1G 10 Wins Continue for RU

Rutgers knocked off Illinois and Penn State in January to improve to 16-2 on the season and maintain an unbeaten 4-0 B1G 10 Conference record.  Those victories extend the RUWBB streak to 11 wins in a row.

RU Streak Continues with Road Win Over Michigan State

RU's winning streak continued on December 31 with 61-58 road victory over the Michigan State Spartans. RU improves to 14-2 on the season and 2-0 in the B1G 10 conference as RU now has 9 straight wins. Tyler Scaife scored 25 points, and Caitlin Jenkins pulled down 12 rebounds. Stasha Carey chipped in 8 points. Rutgers returns to the RAC on Wednesday to face Illinois. Happy New Year, Scarlet Knights.

RU captured its first BIG 10 game and victory with a 58-50 win over Purdue at the RAC on December 28.  Senior Tyler Scaife notched 23 points and is drawing closer to reaching 2000 for her career.  Grad transfer Nigia Greene knocked down three 3-pointers and scored 11, her RU career high.  Stasha Carey led the team in rebounding with 8, while guard KK Sanders dished out 9 assists.  With its 8th straight win, RU improved its record to 13-2 on the season and...

The Scarlet Knights topped the century mark in a beautiful victory over in-state opponent Fairleigh Dickinson, 101-35. Tyler Scaife scored 25 points in just 18 minutes, Caitlin Jenkins had a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds in 13 minutes, CC Cryor played 15 and scored 15, and the team had 9 3-pointers and shot 50% for the game.
